Filtration in Irrigation and Ground Water
With long experience in the field of irrigation and particularly in filtration, we offer:
- Centrifugal Separators, for elimination of sand and heavy solids. Excellent not only for eliminating sand from well water, but also from river and lake waters in times of high turbidity, i.e. during spring or after heavy storms. Furthermore the product is frequently used as a pre-filter when the concentration of particles is too high for an automatic strainer. The separator will eliminate solids down to approx. 50 – 75 micron and the strainer will work more efficiently on a lower concentration of lighter particles, such as organic matter.
- Self Cleaning Intake Screens for pump protection and first level of filtration.
The pump intake screens are installed in the lake, pond or river eliminating solids, organics, etc, before they get to the pump or to downstream equipment.
Several models are available:
- Intake Screens with rotating spray arms. Manufactured in polyurethane and stainless steel. Maximum flow through one unit : 150 m3/h. Mounted on a “T” pipe, the flow is easily doubled. Filtration levels are : 125 micron to 2 mm.
- Intake Screens with rotating filter cage. The units are entirely made of stainless steel and handle flows of up to 630 m3/h per unit. Mesh sizes are 0,6 – 1 and 2 mm.
We offer:
- Excellent product quality, with guaranteed maximum working pressure of 10-12 bar for the separators. All our separators are manufactured to the European Directive 97/23/CEE for pressure vessels.
- Separators manufactured in Carbon and in Stainless Steel, 304L and 316L, with very competitive pricing but other materials, including separators with epoxy coating, are available.
- Our products are manufactured in Europe, and consequently for European customers, the delivery times are short.
